Customs Clearance of Exhibition Cargo, Exhibits, and Advertising Materials. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will assist Exhibition participants with customs clearance of exhibition cargo, exhibits, and advertising materials sent to Turkmenistan for exhibitions held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in accordance with a government decision. Exhibition participants are required to submit a standard letter to the Organizing Committee requesting customs clearance of exhibition cargo, exhibits, and advertising materials. The letter must be on company letterhead, signed by the organization's director, and bear the organization's seal. Copies of the consignment notes and cargo specifications must be attached to the letter. If the exhibition exhibits, equipment, or advertising materials are accompanied by an authorized representative of the organization, a letter containing the accompanying person's details, including their last name, position, passport details, arrival date, flight, and description of the cargo being transported across the border will be sent to the Organizers.
All information must be sent to: exhibition@cci.gov.tm 30 days before the event.
Exhibition Participants are required to submit information to the Organizing Committee for inclusion in the catalogue, no more than 100 words long, including address information, contact details, and a brief description of the participant's activities in English and Russian. Advertisers must submit advertising materials by email or on CD-R, TIFF format, with permission 400 T/D, CMYK color model. Information must be submitted to the catalogue no later than 30 days from the opening of the exhibition.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will provide visa support to companies, firms, enterprises, and organizations registered as exhibitors at the exhibition. To obtain visa support, participants must submit a letter of request in the established format to the Organizing Committee. The letter must be on the organization's letterhead, signed by the director, and bear the organization's seal. The letter must include the last name, first name, and position of the participant arriving in Turkmenistan. Copies of passports with photo pages are also must be included to the letter. The standard visa application deadline is at least 30 days before the start of the exhibition, and the certified visa invitation will be received within 21 calendar days. Visa support will be provided on an expedited basis if applied for less than 30 days before the start of the exhibition. It is important that the passport of the participant arriving at the exhibition be valid for at least six months.
