During the visit to the United Arab Emirates, negotiations were held between the Turkmen delegation, headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Berdyniyaz Myatiev and the manager of the state company Mubadala, which managing long-term global investments.
As noted by the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan, on the agenda discussed issues of developing cooperation in investment, financial and gas chemical areas. At the end of the discussion, the parties focused on the need to expand the legal framework.
Mubadala is an Emirati state-owned holding company that can be classified as a sovereign wealth fund. Its mission is to help diversify the economy of Abu Dhabi. The focus is on management of long-term investments aimed at ensuring financial returns and tangible social benefits for the Emirate.
