The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Algeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Embassy of Belarus in Egypt and Algeria (concurrently) organized a business meeting of Belarusian and Algerian entrepreneurs to coincide with the visit to Algeria of the Belarusian delegation headed by the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Vitaly Vovk.
The business meeting was attended by the non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Algeria Sergey Rachkov, the representatives of BelCCI, Minsk Automobile Plant, Minsk Tractor Works, Amkodor JSC, LEMT R&D Center of BelOMO, as well as 70 Algerian enterprises.
During the event, the Belarusian-Algerian trade and economic cooperation issues were discussed, as well as inter-chamber cooperation. The presentations of Belarusian industrial enterprises were delivered.
The official part of the business meeting was followed by B2B negotiations between the two countries' businessmen.

The Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Nabeshko had a meeting with the Dubai (United Arab Emirates) business delegation headed by the International Offices Director of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Omar Khan.
During the meeting, the sides addressed the issues concerning inter-chamber cooperation expansion, the prospects for the two states' businessmen cooperation development, including exchange in experience and advanced achievements in IT sphere. The plans regarding arrangement of business events with the participation of businesspeople from Belarus and UAE this year were also discussed.

22-29 january, 2018. The Belinterexpo Exhibition Enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Arab Republic of Egypt has organized the Made in Belarus exposition of Belarusian producers in the frame of the 35th International Fair of Khartoum in the Republic of Sudan.

The Belarusian exposition opening ceremony took place on January 23. Minister of Energy of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Potupchik, Minister of Petroleum and Gas of the Republic of Sudan Abdel Rahman Osman and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt and Sudan (non-resident) Sergei Rachkov were involved in the ceremony.

The Belarusian exposition was visited by the Prime Minister of Sudan Bakri Hassan Saleh.

More than twenty companies representing machinery and equipment for agriculture, mining industry, construction, as well as household appliances and foodstuffs take part in the Made in Belarus exposition. BELAZ OJSC, Bobruiskagromash Holding, Selenergo CJSC, Trest Belsantehmontazh No.

The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has participated in the "Our Children" New Year's charity campaign, taking place in Belarus from the 11th of December till the 10th of January.
Within the framework of the campaign, the BelCCI bought a sewing machine for the labour training classes at the Minsk specialized comprehensive school No 14 for hearing-impaired children. The present was delivered by the BelCCI Deputy Chairman Sergey Nabeshko, who visited the New Year performance at the school and congratulated the children on the coming holidays.
All regional unitary enterprises of the BelCCI have joined the campaign as well. The representatives of the enterprises are to visit specialized childcare centers and hospitals throughout the country.
