For the first time in history the independent Turkmenistan will take part in one of the largest economic events of global level - the World fair «the EXPO - 2010» which will hold from May, 1st till October, 31st, 2010 in Shanghai city of the People's Republic of China, about what the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed the Decision. According to this document it is offered to Chamber of Commerce and industry of Turkmenistan to conclude necessary contracts with the Shanghai coordination bureau of world fairs
The importance of the decision about participation of Turkmenistan in prestigious forum cannot be underestimated. For the first time Turkmenistan on the EXPO scene will so widely show to the world community the essential the economic resource potential which has increased for last years, the most perspective directions of its realization. Achievements of our country during half year become a subject of attention of 186 countries-participants and 47 international organizations which have confirmed for today intention about the participation
The main subject of forthcoming World fair «The best city - is the best life» in an especially way is close to Turkmenistan, progress in town-planning sphere and an accomplishment of which city infrastructure impresses. Ashgabat, already today it is possible to name by right one of the most beautiful capitals of the Central Asia. In white-marble capital the architectural magnificence, comfortable conditions of residing are successfully combined. Besides, all visitors are amazed with surprising cleanliness of the capital, the width of the streets and greenery abundance. The forthcoming Fair will allow Turkmenistan to familiarize with world experience in the given sphere, to fasten necessary business contacts to the countries-participants and the People's Republic of China for the further cooperation
