In capital of the United Arab Emirates 1 - on February, 2nd the Investment forum of Turkmenistan and an exhibition of the goods made in Turkmenistan. The organizer of a forum who has lasted two days, the Commercial and industrial chamber of Turkmenistan together with the branch ministries and departments has acted.As strategic partners of a forum the companies «Dragon Oil» and «Petrofak» (United Arab Emirates) have acted.In solemn ceremony of opening of the forum, taken place in the national exhibition centre of Abu-Dhabi (ADNEC) members of the Governments of Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates, heads of the branch ministries and departments of Turkmenistan, administrations velayats and Ashgabat, representatives of the public organizations entering into National movement «Galkynysh», representatives not the state economy,in particular the Union of industrialists and businessmen of Turkmenistan have taken part. The investment forum of Turkmenistan has collected in the Arabian capital more than 300 foreign participants from tens countries of the world. Among them representatives of the authoritative international organizations, banks, heads of the largest companies, many of which are included in a world rating of a sustainable development. 

From December, 18 till December, 20th, 2009 in the Ashkhabad exhibition centre «Sergi Kosgi» there will pass the international automobile exhibition. Its organizers, according to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the Chamber of commerce and industry of Turkmenistan and the Turkish exhibition company «Merydien Uluslararasi Fuarcilik San will act. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti.». The exhibition will promote introduction of high technologies and experience of the foreign companies, and also studying of possibilities of mutually advantageous cooperation in automobile sector of Turkmenistan.

Now the building industry in Turkmenistan is one of most fastest developing branches of a national economy. Building of many objects is conducted with participation of the foreign companies with use of high-efficiency building technics and modern technologies.
With a view of demonstration of achievements in the field of building for years of New Revival and great transformations, the Ministry of Construction of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Construction and building materials industry of Turkmenistan, State concern "Turkmenautoyollary" and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan from 20-th until 22-nd of August, 2009 in Ashgabat lead the international exhibition «Turkmen construction -2009».

For the first time in history the independent Turkmenistan will take part in one of the largest economic events of global level - the World fair «the EXPO - 2010» which will hold from May, 1st till October, 31st, 2010 in Shanghai city of the People's Republic of China, about what the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed the Decision. According to this document it is offered to Chamber of Commerce and industry of Turkmenistan to conclude necessary contracts with the Shanghai coordination bureau of world fairs

On 25-26 of May in Turkmen capital the Turkmen-German business forum and first meeting of joint Turkmen-German working group have held. These events marked the new step on the way to improve the efficient intergovernmental cooperation. Its high level is stipulated by goodwill of the parties, positive experience of many years, which is claimed today by interests of both courtiers.
